Really... 5 months of getting back to a healthier me? I cannot believe I got here. After a month of May with being back with Bruno, travelling and going to many restaurants!, June was the month to get back on track with 100% homemade meals, working from home and working out. It was not an eventful month but one of consolidation and continuing with the efforts. And feeling "I must be doing something right" deep inside.

I struggled to see the physical changes before and I am starting to see them in my face, my demeanour and also my energy. I still have a long way to go but I have come so far already.
