How Jess got her groove back | Month 3
I cannot believe it's been three months since I pledged I wanted to get back on track with my health and get my groove back! Health and fitness have always been important for me but life got in the way and I let myself down. The result was before me: dull skin, low energy, highest cholesterol levels ever and an unhealthy weight.
